Regards du Grand Paris brings together the works of artists who participated in the first five years (2016 to 2021) of the eponymous national photographic commission, designated by the Ministry of Culture at the Ateliers Médicis in partnership with the Centre national des arts plastiques.

Regards du Grand Paris is a photographic exhibition by the Ateliers Médicis, the Centre national des arts plastiques, the Magasins généraux, the Société du Grand Paris and the musée Carnavalet – Histoire de Paris.

At the musée Carnavalet, the exhibition is presented in a room dedicated to contemporary creation, featuring a wide overview of the history of Paris and its future.
A selection of works by thirteen artists from the first five years of the national commission Regards du Grand Paris, the path laid out invited audiences to discover the moving landscapes and those who live there. Here, social and political realities meet and enter into dialogue in images, at the heart of a territory-world under the millenium sky of Paris and its environs.
